A Couple of Card Designs

Whenever someone has a birthday or event I want to design or hand make a card for them. I LOVE making cards! I was at Hallmark for 5 years after all, but love making my own. Anyway, here is a birthday card I did for my father-in-law, front and inside:

And here is a baby announcement for a girl, but it's just a test mock-up. It doesn't work quite well and I am trying to figure out how to make this one work still.

Stamping Experiment

I have not blogged in a loooooonnnnggg time. I've been really busy. I try to keep creative every day. Here is what I have done, since my last post. I wanted to try making my own stamps and see what that was like. Here are some pictures of my experiments.

or whatever...It would be die cut around the shape.

It's official. I have an Etsy Shop.

I finally opened my Etsy shop today. I am nervous and excited and glad I did it at the same time. It's called the same as my blog: " A Call To Create ". It primarlily sells products that will support the babies either not born into this world or that are about to be aborted. It's something I feel so strongly about that I had to do something about it. I feel that as an artist, I had to release my feelings through my designs. Anyway, it's up and I had to share. Thanks for reading!
